It takes the power of a Lord to transform their being into a new form, to mold their body into the special forms of a remort race.
Change is the word for these races: through their lifetime they will go through growth spurts, changing their shape, their abilities - evolution.
A few of the remort races take one step further, and ascend to a higher plane of existance. These legendary ascension races no longer return to Midgaardia.
