Which races are available at character creation?
To find out which races are available, refer to our compendia section for creatable races.
Evolutionary races are currently not creatable as they are undergoing a revamp.
Not all races are available at character creation?
Due to their rare and magical natures, a number of races are not currently available at character creation. Refer to the compendia section on Remort Races for information.
Sprite, Troll, Dragon, Griffon, Minotaur, Demonseed, Tuataur, Golem, Demon, Hobgoblin, and High Elf.
To find out how to make a character of one of these special races please use the in-game command HELP REMORT. (For Demon's read HELP REBUILD.)
We have decided to make these races only available to experienced MUD players as experience has shown that these races are harder to play especially for those completely new to MUDs.
How do I found out more information about a specific race?
To learn more about a race either type HELP in-game or refer to the compendia section for races.
To see the helpfile for Humans, you would type HELP HUMAN.
Another way would be to type 'help XXX' where XXX is the race's three letter abbreviation.
For instance the 3 letter abbreviation for Human is Hum, Elf is Elf, Dwf is Dwarf.
