put a very short imp timer on arrows that miss and fall to the ground... i'm thinking 4 tics. that'd keep clutter to a minimum, right now they seem to last a LONG time

there should be a task for timers but if not, timers on arrows do not work properly. Part of the reason is that they combine and reset the timer every time a new arrow is added, I believe. I have no practical solution. Level 3 problem.

Some archers believe that it would be a good idea to be able to "fletch" or "mold" or something bullets for the arbalest. The only way to get them currently is to camp the mob that loads them, and that provides only a handful of bullets for each time he is killed.

Not to complain now that racial swim has been imped-but I wasn't aware that swimming also innately gives you gills as well. Racial swim recode to allow flee in water, but still require water breathing to breathe underwater?

I said I'd code racial swim. I didn't say it'd work well.

Level 3. Recode underwater to not involve door checks at all. Underwater should be a terrain bit. Builders are responsible for their areas making sense in regards to terrain. Level 3. When you enter an underwater room, check for water breathing or add drown counter. People with racial swim get a 2 counter bonus since they can actually swim under water for a period of time.

maybe an easier way to make sor pots self only instead of having to bind or owner them would be to make any other class take damage from them.. just have it check for class when the person drinks it. this way sors can still make some and store on alts or whatever. unless you were trying to prevent this also... i dunno

make certain weapons better at parrying than others... not sure if its feasible to code... but daggers not so good at parrying large weapons better at parrying

we don't have size on items. it'd have to be based on weapon type or weight unless we re-calibrated all the items in the game. I'd honestly like to add size to items in the game. Level 3. Add size values to all items. Default is small.

Level 3. Change dexterity to not total carry number...but to total bulk. The number will probably have to be bigger to compensate for the change.

Bug with tail chances happening after when they're killed on the round but it's still their round, where the group is on top, the mob is killed, but yet the mob's tail still hits after it's dead when it's supposedly the mob's round. For specific details, this happened in Grizzdrop's area with 'a Playful Blue Dragon' or around that mob's name, and Sunset had levelled before it tailed him.

for a priest the rejuvenate spell restores the same amount of moves as the invigorate spell but costs double the mana, im pretty sure this is a bug because for my monk rejuvenate restores about twice the movement points as invigorate.

level 3. make sure that gen_movement incorporates the newer classes. However, having said that realize that there is a sliding scale based on your actual level so invig may be peaked out while rejuvenate will get stronger.

when a player has never set a playerinfo it shows (null). And when you try to add something (by playerinfo +) the null remains. This is corrected if you first clear your playerinfo (it then shows (none)) and then if you add, its all right. Is this intentional or a bug?

I guess we should give a default description. Level 2. Give a description which is generic and lame as a default to all players so that they don't have a null.

lord level impale attack when it lands does a large amount of damage and leaves your weapon on the mob causing damage over time like poison. when you fail eg.the mob dodges it you fall to the ground like bash and get lagged can only be done once per mob

hah! you can't impale it multiple times and make it into a flesh porcupine? Seems one-sided and a tad too easy for playing.

help mincounts results in No Help Found message, how about updating help race/class counts for new races and adding helps. help counts could be used! also there is a date header when you type help sorcounts, says 1/12/2003... perhaps remove that.

I have no clue what you're talking about...shows what I know. Larnaen, interpret after investigation and I'll decide.

funeral lore doesn't seem to work anymore. Now when i examine a corpse it says i would need to hold it to learn more. I can't get other peoples corpses...

I know this is rather d&desque, but since we have lots of musical instruments already in the game, why not have a "Bard" class. This could potentially be another remort option for rogues, or a standalone class. The class would be weakish in toe-to-toe combat (ranger or rogue pre-revamp weak, not priest or mage weak) (continued)

I'm not sure that the skills/spells that you mention couldn't better be served as padding up the other classes. Bards are successful in roleplaying games because they involve roleplay. We don't even have charisma in Avatar...something which would make sense for Bards. No for now.

on the idea about ancient scrolls and ancient books ect ect it would be cool to see that happen cause it would be great to have some forgotten spells brought back or recreated ( eg you can still find staffs that zap color spray which is interesting cause the spell doesnt exist according to the mud)

since clerics get prs or pal to rebuild too mages should have some battle type configuration to rebuild too, eg the magical side they get sorcerers but they get no melee boost/hp boost in any form, so a melee type mage ( aka battlemage or whathave you) would be cool

well that depends...make a list. Level 2. allow caster to see a message for gurney other than to_room on victim. level 2. allow caster to see a message for water breathing other than to_room on victim.

I'm sorry for what is probably the fiftieth idea about the new group command, but a softer color scheme like regular green and regular yellow would be a little less painful. Also, if the colors alternated every two or three lines, instead of every other as it is now, it would be a lot less busy while still being easy to read.

I am not a yo-yo. I started with green/yellow. People didn't like it. They wanted the current color scheme. Don't like it? Change your client colors. I can't please everybody on this and I've moved on. Sorry.
