allow the affects command to take an argument. shows how long on THAT spell. so aff water shows how logn water is on for

When a corpse animating mob animates a corpse, the animated corpse should have a level dependant on the level of the animator. Level 10 mobs producing level 30 zombies doesn't seem right. Same for level 80 mobs.
Lvl 3; animated corpses should be the level of the corpse - 3.

Code a check against people's multi register lists before giving a message to read 'help multiplay' upon logging on. Keep the appropriate info warning though.

outlaws that loose link are getting sent to aelmon again and getting killed. didnt they used to get sent to nom? its suposed to be for safety not surefire lost
