A player, if they so desire, may appeal an action taken by an Immortal. The actions include jarring, jailing, silencing, loss of characters etc.
Rules for appealing

1) Be POLITE. Sending a nastygram is the surest way to have the appeals team deny your appeal instantly.
2) Be clear, logical and truthful.
3) Please do not spam the appeals address with appeals.
The following issues are not dealt with by the Appeals Team
Name Change
Gear Loss
Pfile Rollback
Lost Password
Broken Character Fix
Game change effect i.e. change to class, race, removal of spells or skills.
Please see the relevant sections for the one that refers to your specific issue.
While we attempt to answer any appeals as quickly as possible,delays will sometimes occur. Should you not receive any message from the Immortal Staff about your Appeal for more than 2 or 3 weeks, please feel free to follow it up with another email.
Submission of a Appeal does not guarantee that it will be granted.
Each Appeal will be evaluated on it's individual merits and circumstances.
